This is a Belimo 3-way ball valve with a nickel-plated brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 15 and the port size is Rp 1/2 inch with female threads. The maximum pressure differential is 3.5 bar (50.8 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 120 °C (14 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 5.5 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 6.36 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 230 V AC. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 105 seconds. The actuator has an IP40 rating.
Manual override is possible using a lever, which disengages the gearing as long as the self-resetting lever is pressed. The actuator automatically switches off when end stops are reached, with a pulse duration of ≥0.5 s. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments.
