This is a Belimo 3-way ball valve with a nickel-plated brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 25 and the port size is Rp 1 inch with female threads. The maximum pressure differential is 10 bar (145 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 120 °C (14 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 26 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 30.08 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator is equipped with KNX (S-Mode) control, allowing for seamless integration and efficient management of connected devices in the system. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 90 seconds. The actuator has an IP54 rating.
The actuator, equipped with overload protection, doesn’t need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator is equipped with an integrated interface for KNX (S-Mode) and can connect with all KNX devices with available corresponding data points. The KNX application enables the use of the valve actuator with 2- and 3-way valves with one set point, as well as with 6-way valves in 4-pipe systems with two set points for heating and cooling. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
